Returns:

New, Unused Instruments

New, unused instruments must be returned in the original packaging. Please package the instruments securely in a box. The use of an envelope, padded or non-padded, to ship instruments is a violation of postal regulations. You can mail or ship the package by any carrier, however we recommend that a tracking number and insurance for the original value be secured and retained as we will not be held liable for packages and instruments that were lost or damaged while in transit to us. Unless an incorrect instrument was sent due to our mistake in picking and packing a shipment, the postage cost to return items is the responsibility of the customer.

Be sure to attach a copy of the original invoice or packing slip (if available) with a brief note on your letterhead explaining the reason for the return.  Returns will be honored up to 30 days from the invoice date. A re-stocking fee of 15% for the total amount returned will be charged to your account. Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days from invoice date.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days. Confirmation will be sent to the email address listed on the account.

Used Instruments
We do not issue returns on instruments that are no longer in their original packaging and/or have been
used. Your customer satisfaction is very important to us — If you were unsatisfied with an item, please email customercare@BermanInsturments.com.
I Received the Wrong Instrument(s)

If you received the incorrect instrument due to our mistake in picking and packing your shipment, please email returns@BermanInstruments.com. Be sure to reference the original Invoice number with a brief note explaining that you received the wrong item. Full credit will be applied to merchandise returned up to 30 days from invoice date. Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days from invoice date.We will review your order and send the email listed on the account a return-shipping label within 3-5 business days. Please package the instruments securely in a box. The use of an envelope, padded or non- padded, to ship instruments is a violation of postal regulations.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. Refund confirmation will be sent to the email address listed on the account. If you do not receive a refund confirmation email within two weeks of your original request, please email returns@BermanInstruments.com, include subject line REFUND CONFIRMATION NEEDED and a brief explanation in the body of your email.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be honored up to 30 days from the invoice date. A re-stocking fee of 15% for the total amount exchanged will be charged to your account. If you wish to exchange product, please email exchanges@BermanInstruments.com In your email, include the original invoice number and list the instruments you would like to exchange. We will ship your new item(s) upon receiving your return shipment. Mail or ship your exchanged item(s) by any carrier, however we recommend that a tracking number and insurance for the original value be secured and retained, as we will not be held liable for packages and instruments that were lost or damaged while in transit to us. In your shipment, be sure to include a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining that you would like to exchange your merchandise.
